Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes affect your golfing plans. In the event that you or any member of your party are unable to attend as scheduled, please adhere to the following policy:

Notice Requirement:

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for the cancellation of any booking. This allows us to manage our tee times effectively and offer availability to other members and guests.

Cancellation Fee:

Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee of $32.50 per absent player, applicable to both 9 and 18-hole bookings.

How to Cancel:

Should you need to cancel outside of the pro shop's operating hours, please email your cancellation request to proshop@leducgolf.com. This ensures we receive your notice in a timely manner.
